Pallet aligner
Pallet aligners are used in pallet transport to ensure a specific pallet position relative to the other equipment used in the process. Accordingly, these machines are used to support technological process, e.g. in palletising, packaging or labelling - whenever a set position of transportation units needs to be ensured.

2014. Pallet transport system with a wrapper and an aligner
The system is to be used for transporting standard 800x1200mm euro pallets and 1000x1200mm industrial pallets. The system was installed in two halls. One is a loading area and the other one is for unloading. They are connected by a transport tunnel.

We provided transport equipment for euro pallets and industrial pallets, sizes 1200x1000mm and 1200x1200mm, to a tobacco company. The system was comprised of roller conveyors, a vertical conveyor, chain conveyors and chain transfers. A scissor lift was also installed in addition to that equipment.
