Strip belt conveyor
Strip belt conveyors are an additional item in our offer of transport equipment. They are used mainly for transporting items of diverse bases and shapes, e.g. cartons, containers, boxes, wooden boards, metal sheets, drawpieces, impressions, etc. Strip belt conveyors are an ideal solution for places where goods are collected from production machines, as well as for transporting such materials as wool, foam, mattresses, fibre or paper.
Basic information about strip belt conveyors
- strip design is used in direction changing equipment (transfers) in which chains cannot be used because of the properties and possible damage of the material to be transported
- types of transport strips (strands), their features and dimensions are chosen individually for the type of load, the environment and the physical properties of the items to be transported
- the load-bearing structure of the conveyors is made of electro- or hot-dip galvanised steel, black carbon steel (St3S, powder coated), acid-resistant steel or stainless steel (depending on the conveyor’s function)
- strip belt conveyors are always custom-designed in terms of dimensions and shape to meet the needs of our customers.

2016. Alloy wheel transport system
An alloy wheel transport system was provided in 2016. The system supports a production line of an alloy wheel maker and is made of a number of roller, belt and timing belt conveyors, including also roller and belt curve conveyors, working together within the system.
