2015. Handling system for transferring, palletising, packaging and storing at a dairy plant

An automated system for transporting and palletising products using industrial robots, and a system for transporting full pallets, including a transfer through a cooling tunnel, final stretch wrapping and labelling on both sides of each pallet.

The system includes the following equipment: roller conveyors, vertical conveyors, chain conveyors, roller transfers, roller turntables, pallet magazine and 3 industrial robots.

Products are taken from machines in the production hall and transported to the place where they are picked and put on pallets by the robots. Filled pallets are then transported to appropriate places (the cooling tunnel, wrapper, warehouse, thermostat chamber.)
