Chain turntable
Chain turntables are designed for changing the direction of transported loads without changing the pallet orientation (relative position).Turning by 90 degrees is usually required in transfer lines; however, the machine is able to turn a full 360 degrees if required. Transported pallets are transferred in chain turntables on three chain strands. They are driven by a motoreducer via a driving shaft on which chain wheels are mounted. This solution ensures constant rotational speed of each strand. The chains travel along a sliding profile made of durable, abrasion resistant plastic.

2019. Automated transport and storage system.
Transport system in this realization is an introduction to the extended automatic pallet storage system, which PROMAG S.A. implemented for a dairy customer. An innovative system AutoMAG Mover was used here, which fully excludes the participation of man in the process of loading and unloading the rack.
2012. Pallet transport system
We provided this pallet transport system in 2012. The system includes both roller and chain conveyors used as needed and according to the client’s requirement for the orientation of the pallets which are transferred. Roller and chain turntables were used for changes of direction.
2011. Transport system for small pallets with relays
A project for one of our regular clients, a manufacturer of medium and high voltage instrumentation. The transport systems for the small pallets included driven and manual roller conveyors, ball tables and manual drawbridges.
2011. Transport system for refrigerators and casings
A system for transporting refrigerators and casings designed by PROMAG S.A. in 2011 is a complex combination of many devices such as roller and chain conveyors, a number of chain and roller transfers and turntables. Additionally, vertical conveyors were also used in the system.
2006. A pallet transport system based on chain conveyors
A pallet transport system in which chain conveyors were implemented and chain turntables were used to change the direction of pallets transported by the system.
