2015. Robotic palletising system for small pallets and buckets
We are showing a robotic system delivered in 2015 for palletising small pallets and buckets which is connected with a pallet transport, wrapping and labelling system and related to the process of creating a warehousing system. This is one of PROMAG’s most interesting projects in the area of robotic palletising for the food industry.
2015. A transport system for yoghurt trays and round cheese containers
A very extensive project from 2015. A system for transporting yoghurt trays and round cheese containers was built using many state-of-the-art solutions, and was largely based on modular conveyors.
2015. Paternosters
Equipment which forms an integrated handling system for transferring, palletising, packaging and storing at a dairy plant. Products received from the machines can be lifted to an appropriate height, transferred across the production hall and brought down to the level required for palletising. The vertical conveyors used to this purpose are based on patented rubber chain solutions.

Vertical conveyors forming a pallet transport system for a dairy plant. The other equipment included in that complex system such as roller and chain transfers, roller conveyors and turntables, is used to transport pallets in a cold and warm tunnel.

A transport system with a pallet turntable at the height of H=80mm in a rack structure. A comprehensive project for a dairy cooperative comprises an automatic line for transporting pallets from production to the warehouse and row racking. Both systems were integrated into one functional unit saving space and allowing for the use of the area above the transport system.
2013. Four-pillar vertical conveyors
Vertical conveyors used in a pallet transport line between a production hall and a warehouse. They were installed for another customer from the dairy industry. In addition to the vertical conveyors, the system included roller conveyors.

Another vertical conveyor provided as part of a pallet transport system for a food company. The system includes also other equipment which works with the vertical conveyor such as: roller and chain conveyors, roller transfers and a pallet magazine.
2017. Pallet transport system
A transport system for 1200x800 mm euro pallets provided to a dairy industry customer to connect production with the warehouse (cold store.) The system includes chain conveyors, roller transfers and a speedgate.
2012. Four-pillar vertical conveyor
A vertical conveyor used in a large pallet transport system installed in a dairy firm. The system included the following equipment: a four-column vertical conveyor, roller conveyors and turntables, scissor lifts and an automatic wrapper.

2015. Handling system for transferring, palletising, packaging and storing at a dairy plant
An automated system for transporting and palletising products using industrial robots, and a system for transporting full pallets, including a transfer through a cooling tunnel, final stretch wrapping and labelling on both sides of each pallet.

A pallet transport system for a dairy plant. Vertical conveyors and horizontal conveyors are used to transport pallets in a cooling tunnel and a hot tunnel.
2014. Pallet transport system with a vertical conveyor, a roller gate and curtains
The project was provided to a large dairy company. The system included: roller conveyors, a roller turntable, a vertical conveyor (a goods lift.) Additionally, the following was installed in the system: a roller gate, smoke and fire curtains.
2013. Pallet transport system with a single-column vertical conveyor
PROMAG S.A provided this pallet transport system in 2013. The system included a number of devices operating together in an automatic mode. The equipment used included roller and chain conveyors, roller transfers, a pallet magazine and a single-column vertical conveyor.

A pallet transport system between a production building and a warehouse. The system was provided in 2013 and included vertical conveyors and flights of roller conveyors. An additional difficulty was to build a transport tunnel to connect the two buildings.

A pallet transport system provided in 2012 to a dairy business. The system included a four-column vertical conveyor, roller conveyors and turntables, scissor lifts and an automatic wrapper. You can see most of the equipment we installed in the gallery of pictures.
