2010. System for robotic palletising of MDF boards
A robotic system delivered in 2010 for palletising MDF boards, and a transport system for special pallets was based on an arrangement of chain conveyors supported by a palletising robot equipped with a pneumatic gripper dedicated to the products to be palletised (MDF boards.)
2017. Four-pillar vertical conveyors
Vertical conveyors forming two independent automatic pallet handling systems delivered to a major manufacturer of floorings and fibres. Vertical conveyors are not subject to inspections by UDT (Polish Technical Inspection Authority) and do not require any civil works (pit bottom) to be carried out by our customers, as the working level of the entire system is at 80mm making it possible to load and unload pallets with a hand pallet truck.
2017. Pallet transport systems with vertical conveyors
For a major manufacturer of floorings and fibres we delivered two independent automatic pallet handling systems with vertical conveyors. The vertical conveyors are not subject to inspections by UDT (Technical Supervision Office) and do not require civil work from our customers (the pit bottom) where the working level of the entire system is at 80mm (making it possible to load and unload pallets with a hand pallet truck.)
2014. Window frame transport system
A comprehensive solution comprised of assembly stations for wooden and PVC windows as well as quality control stations on an assembly line. Two assembly stations equipped with manual roller conveyors, frame tilting system and manual turntables, pneumatic control.
2007. Four-pillar vertical conveyor
A conveyor installed within a pallet transport system along with roller conveyors. With the equipment installed pallets can be transported between different storeys in the warehouse.
2012. A transport system for concrete façade panels
A system engineered for and provided to a construction firm. The system was built using driven roller conveyors and a roller curve. Additionally, a pallet stacker was used in the system.
2014. Manual pallet transport system
A highly functional and easy to operated manual euro pallet transport system. The system was built of modular manual roller conveyors. The system additionally uses hand trucks.
2014. Pallet transport system
The pallet transport system was supplied in 2014 and included such equipment as roller conveyors, a scissor lift to handle level differences, a roller turntable with a chain transfer. Additionally, the system uses a pallet stacker.
