2020. Pallet transport system in the cosmetics industry

Implementation for a client involved in the production of cosmetics and medical products.

The transport system allows the flow of palletized goods on EUR pallets and industrial pallets between the production warehouse, production hall, and the warehouse for receiving and shipping goods. The use of conveyors and turntables with a working height of 80mm allows the system to be operated with the use of hand pallet trucks.

Thanks to the installed solution, it was possible to shorten the time of replacing products and semi-finished products between the three critical points of the production plant, as well as reduce the human resources involved in the internal transport of goods.
