Robotic palletising in Kalisz

The goal of the project was to construct a system for transport, robotic palletising, packaging and storage of dairy products.

Project objectives:

  • reduce headcount;
  • eliminate errors;
  • use a pallet transport system in the technological process - product refrigeration;
  • use the available warehouse space (cold store) to the maximum;
  • ensure fast movement of goods under the FIFO formula;
  • full pallet shipment and MIX pallet shipment.

A modern system for transport, robotic palletising and packaging which comprised:

  • plate chain conveyors;
  • vertical conveyors - continuous operation;
  • goods stackers;
  • robots;
  • roller and chain conveyors;
  • transfers and turntables;
  • automatic ring wrapper;
  • labelling machine;
  • pallet magazine;
  • vertical conveyors with a system for pallet loading/unloading from the floor level.

WHAT WE HAVE ACHIEVED by implementing the transport, robotic palletising and packaging system:

  • higher efficiency of processes;
  • reduced unit product costs;
  • a possibility to work 24 hours a day;
  • elimination of errors;
  • improved quality of deliveries;
  • streamlined technological process;
  • higher safety of people and goods.
