Automatic pallet transport systems together with a wrapper with a spinning arm and a strapping machi

We completed the first stage of a project for a global mattress manufacturer by delivering and commissioning automatic pallet transport systems for 800x1200 euro pallets and longer euro pallets (800x2000), together with an automatic wrapper with a spinning arm equipped with a plastic film dispenser, as well as an automatic pallet strapping machine.

Project scope:

• roller conveyors;
• chain conveyors;
• roller and chain transfers;
• pallet lifts;
• a wrapper with a spinning arm and plastic film dispenser;
• a strapping machine.

Very extensive logistics of pallet transport in production resulting from the need to ensure correct product identification upstream a wrapper for mattresses delivered from several manual palletising stations. One of the most modern systems of this kind in Poland.

The equipment operates both in the production hall and the warehouse which are separated by a fire protection gate and a speedgate.

The warehouse was equipped with several automatic pallet collection lines allowing for their maximum buffering irrespective of pallet length.
