2020. Four-pillar vertical conveyor for the pharmaceutical industry
A vertical conveyor manufactured for our regular customer, a Polish leader in the pharmaceutical industry. The transporter is part of the transport system for plastic pallets and interlocking containers with a base typical for EUR pallets.
2020. Four-pillar vertical conveyor in the cosmetics industry
A four-pillar vertical conveyor is part of the pallet transport system for the customer involved in the production of cosmetics and medical devices. Thanks to the installed solution, it was possible to shorten the time of replacing products and semi-finished products between the three critical points of the production plant, as well as reduce the human resources involved in the internal transport of goods.

Vertical conveyors are not subject to inspections by UDT (Polish Technical Inspection Authority) and do not require any civil works (pit bottom) to be carried out by our customers, as the working level of the entire system is at 80mm making it possible to load and unload pallets with a hand pallet truck.

2015. Paternosters
Equipment which forms an integrated handling system for transferring, palletising, packaging and storing at a dairy plant. Products received from the machines can be lifted to an appropriate height, transferred across the production hall and brought down to the level required for palletising. The vertical conveyors used to this purpose are based on patented rubber chain solutions.

A four-pillar vertical conveyor for transporting euro pallets and industrial pallets sized 1200x1200mm and 1200x1000mm. It was part of our system built for a tobacco company. The system comprised roller and chain conveyors, chain transfers and a scissor lift.
2013. Four-pillar vertical conveyors
A vertical conveyor for transporting 800x1200mm wooden euro pallets of up to 500kg and the capacity of approx. 30 pallets/hour. The vertical conveyor is provided with a driven roller conveyor installed on a platform. The equipment is installed in a process line in tunnels which are fully covered and enclosed, with a programmed system and automatic operation.

These conveyors are part of a system for transporting finished products provided in 2006 to one of the Poland’s largest manufacturers of household appliances. The system delivered by PROMAG is responsible for transporting refrigerators and uses roller and belt conveyors, transfers, turntables and scissor lifts.

Conveyors which are part of a pallet transport system installed at a large manufacturer of cosmetics and household cleaning products is another major project of PROMAG in 2005.

Conveyors which form part of a salt handling system. As PROMAG’s machines were intended to work in an aggressive environment, high quality was required in terms of durability of materials and their chemical resistance.
