Powerful vertical conveyors with a warehouse platform
PROMAG designed large-sized vertical conveyors for a leading bicycle manufacturer. The conveyors enable transport of 1400x1400mm pallets with goods protruding by 450mm on each side. Additionally, given the special design of the pallets, a provision was made for their stacking. Two independently operating lines running in both directions enable buffering the maximum of 42 pallets.

Pallet wrapping and transport system
We modified and extended a pallet transport system (roller conveyors and turntables) for one of our regular customers. We also supplied a new ring wrapper with an automatic top film feeder integrated with the machine to cover pallets from the top. Additionally, we also added a scanner.

Automatic pallet transport systems together with a wrapper with a spinning arm and a strapping machi
We completed the first stage of a project for a global mattress manufacturer by delivering and commissioning automatic pallet transport systems for 800x1200 euro pallets and longer euro pallets (800x2000), together with an automatic wrapper with a spinning arm equipped with a plastic film dispenser, as well as an automatic pallet strapping machine.
