Transport system for containers

PROMAG delivered a complex solution to a leading supplier of equipment to nurseries, schools and kindergartens. It was a 2-level warehouse platform with an automated customer order picking system.

Robotic palletising in Kalisz

The goal of the project was to construct a system for transport, robotic palletising, packaging and storage of dairy products.

Powerful vertical conveyors with a warehouse platform

PROMAG designed large-sized vertical conveyors for a leading bicycle manufacturer. The conveyors enable transport of 1400x1400mm pallets with goods protruding by 450mm on each side. Additionally, given the special design of the pallets, a provision was made for their stacking. Two independently operating lines running in both directions enable buffering the maximum of 42 pallets.

Pallet wrapping and transport system

We modified and extended a pallet transport system (roller conveyors and turntables) for one of our regular customers. We also supplied a new ring wrapper with an automatic top film feeder integrated with the machine to cover pallets from the top. Additionally, we also added a scanner.

Automatic mattress transport systems commissioned

We have completed the second stage of our project for a global manufacturer of mattresses. As part of that project we delivered and commissioned automatic transport systems working with the customer’s several manufacturing machines.

Container transport system for ARKUS&ROMET

ARKUS & ROMET GROUP, a company which made the history of the bicycle and automotive industry in Poland, a supplier of bicycles, mopeds, scooters and motorcycles, entrusted PROMAG with the job of delivering a warehouse platform, to be installed mainly on shelf racks, and an automatic transport and order picking system.

Automatic pallet transport systems together with a wrapper with a spinning arm and a strapping machi

We completed the first stage of a project for a global mattress manufacturer by delivering and commissioning automatic pallet transport systems for 800x1200 euro pallets and longer euro pallets (800x2000), together with an automatic wrapper with a spinning arm equipped with a plastic film dispenser, as well as an automatic pallet strapping machine.

An automotive wholesaler provided with PROMAG goods lifts

We delivered 4 goods lifts to one of Poland’s largest distributors of automotive parts. Each of them has the capacity of 4 euro pallets.

Pallet transport system with a ring wrapper

PROMAG delivered a pallet transport system to connect the production area with the warehouse hall in glassworks. The delivery also included a ring wrapper.

Talking business over coffee

This is a project PROMAG has delivered to WOSEBA, a coffee roaster in Odolanów. The project made it possible to increase storage space by using the existing hall to the maximum and to minimise the use of trucks to transport and load the goods.
