Karolina Tokarz - President of the Board, Chief Executive Officer

Graduate of Poznań University of Technology and Management Studies at the School of Business in Poznań. The first professional experience gained in Bearing Factory currently SKF. For many years she was connected with the Factory of  Medical and Laboratory Devices, where gained experience and led Department of Development, Marketing, and subsequently department of  Sales and Marketing. Since 1999, manages a sales network and marketing at PROMAG S.A. Karolina Tokarz is an expert of Wielkopolska Quality Award. For hers professional activity was awarded the silver medal of the Hipolit Cegielski  Society "Labor omnia vincit", statuette "A friend of Success" for the best managers in the country and the Bronze Cross of Merit – national honor awarded by the President of RP.

Renata Ciechowska-Roykowska - Member of the Board, Chief Financial Officer

Marek Łabęda - Member of the Board, Chief Technical Officer

Graduate of Poznań University of Technology on Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Management on course of Production Engineering and Management and also postgraduate studies in the field of Quality Management and Management Studies at WSB University in Poznań.

Since 2004 continuously works in PROMAG S.A. Company. Since 2012 holds the position of Chief Technical Officer. Longtime Activist in Association of Polish Mechanical Engineers and Technicians (pol. SIMP, department in Poznań), currently holding the position of President of Interior Transportation and Warehousing department. He is engaged in education of future human resources by i.e. providing lectures for students of universities.
