Education of future employees

As a internal logistics market leader, we take a number of initiatives to promote logistics awareness among potential employees. A manifestation of these activities is cooperation with local universities (Poznań University of Technology, Poznań University of Economics, Poznań School of Logistics), offering study courses  related to the logistics. The results of this collaboration are practical workshops for students in our company, our employees lectures at universities, various competitions for students. With the best students we sign a job contracts.

In the 2009 and 2013 we received the  „Wielkopolski Lider Społecznej Odpowiedzialności Biznesu” award, in category care of the local labor market. It was a clear signal to us that we have chosen the right direction.

"Era inżyniera" project

One of the initiatives, we joined is the project financed by the European Social Fund "Era inżyniera Rozbudowa potencjału rozwojowego Politechniki Poznańskiej”. The aim of the project is to bring higher education to the needs of the economy, especially the labor market. We already participated in three editions of the "Era Inżyniera" project, during which we have created seven job positions. Young engineers could use their knowledge in practice in the following departments: project, technical, sales and quality.

"Wielkopolska musi wiedzieć" project

Another project that we support is the "Wielkopolska musi wiedzieć - partnerstwo szkolnictwa zawodowego i rynku pracy kluczem do podniesienia atrakcyjności zawodów technik logistyk i technik spedytor w województwie Wielkopolskim", implemented by the Poznań School of Logistics. The aim of this project is establishing long-term relationships and exchange of information between secondary schools, their graduates and prospective employers. The idea is to take the expectations of employers on the qualifications of prospective employees into account when the training young people. As part of this initiative PROMAG S.A. take for practices high school students and participates in the creation of educational materials.
