Very important to the Management Board are actions taken for the employees. Thus was developed and implemented a training project that allows employees develope of a wide range of competencies. As part of the project "PROMAG S.A. school of business" employees were offered a wide range of thematic trainings, both specialized courses and training in the so-called. soft skills such as interpersonal communication, team management, assertiveness, stress control, etc.
