A transport system with a pallet turntable at the height of H=80mm in a rack structure. A comprehensive project for a dairy cooperative comprises an automatic line for transporting pallets from production to the warehouse and row racking. Both systems were integrated into one functional unit saving space and allowing for the use of the area above the transport system.

PROMAG added a pallet turntable with a working height of H=80mm to its offer (for a line where pallets can be loaded/unloaded using a hand pallet truck).

This is how we can supply our customer with a system that enables transport direction change without the necessity to carry out any additional civil works (bottom pit). Together with the vertical conveyor of the same parameters - which has been supplied for many years and has always been very popular with our customers - they make up a comprehensive pallet transport solution which is not required to be inspected by UDT (Technical Supervision Office.)

Another interesting aspect of this project is that the technological equipment was installed inside a racking unit.
