Chain conveyor
Chain conveyors are used mainly to transport pallets of any size available on the market ranging from 600x800 DHPs (“half pallets), through standard 800x1200 euro pallets and 800x2000 LONG pallets to 1000x1200 industrial pallets and 1200x1200 CHEP pallets. The machines can be designed to transport non-standard goods, long items, rolls or reels, bales, baskets or pallets of non-standard dimensions and design (disposable, cardboard-made). The structural material of the transported unit (wood, plastic, steel) also poses no problems for transport, but requires an additional analysis and engineering in terms of the automation.

2020. Transport system for pallets in the pharmaceutical industry
For our regular client, a Polish leader in pharmaceutical industry, we created a transportation system for plastic pallets and interlocking containers with a base typical for EUR pallets. Installation is located in new production and warehouse facility near Warsaw and is a part of complex logistics equipment supplied by PROMAG S.A.

2019. Automated transport and storage system.
Transport system in this realization is an introduction to the extended automatic pallet storage system, which PROMAG S.A. implemented for a dairy customer. An innovative system AutoMAG Mover was used here, which fully excludes the participation of man in the process of loading and unloading the rack.
2017. Pallet transport systems with vertical conveyors
For a major manufacturer of floorings and fibres we delivered two independent automatic pallet handling systems with vertical conveyors. The vertical conveyors are not subject to inspections by UDT (Technical Supervision Office) and do not require civil work from our customers (the pit bottom) where the working level of the entire system is at 80mm (making it possible to load and unload pallets with a hand pallet truck.)
2016. Pallet transport system with vertical conveyors
Another comprehensive project provided by PROMAG comprised a transport system for standard 800x1200mm euro pallets and 900x1200mm pallets of a standard euro pallet design. The line included roller and chain conveyors, chain transfers, two vertical conveyors and turntables. Additionally, we also supplied our AutoMAG dense storage system.

2015. Handling system for transferring, palletising, packaging and storing at a dairy plant
An automated system for transporting and palletising products using industrial robots, and a system for transporting full pallets, including a transfer through a cooling tunnel, final stretch wrapping and labelling on both sides of each pallet.

2014. Pallet transport system
We provided transport equipment for euro pallets and industrial pallets, sizes 1200x1000mm and 1200x1200mm, to a tobacco company. The system was comprised of roller conveyors, a vertical conveyor, chain conveyors and chain transfers. A scissor lift was also installed in addition to that equipment.

One of the most interesting pallet transport system projects in a dairy company. The system was provided in 2012 and used a number of devices ranging from roller conveyors to various types of transfers.

We provided this pallet transport system in 2012. The system includes both roller and chain conveyors used as needed and according to the client’s requirement for the orientation of the pallets which are transferred. Roller and chain turntables were used for changes of direction.
2011. Transport system for refrigerators and casings
A system for transporting refrigerators and casings designed by PROMAG S.A. in 2011 is a complex combination of many devices such as roller and chain conveyors, a number of chain and roller transfers and turntables. Additionally, vertical conveyors were also used in the system.
2011. Feed system for car body parts
A feed system for car body parts provided in 2011. The system is based on a chain conveyor provided with mounts for car body parts. Such mounts are installed at appropriate distances.
2010. System for robotic palletising of MDF boards
A robotic system delivered in 2010 for palletising MDF boards, and a transport system for special pallets was based on an arrangement of chain conveyors supported by a palletising robot equipped with a pneumatic gripper dedicated to the products to be palletised (MDF boards.)

2006. Refrigerator transport system with a vertical conveyor
A system for transporting finished products provided in 2006 to one of the Poland’s largest manufacturers of household appliances. The system delivered by PROMAG is responsible for transporting refrigerators and uses roller and belt conveyors, transfers, turntables, scissor lifts and a single-column vertical conveyor.
2006. Pallet transport system between halls
Another pallet transport system from PROMAG S.A. - this time on considerable distances. In this system, pallets needed to be transferred effectively between a production building and a warehouse. A number of devices were used for this purpose such as roller and chain conveyors, roller turntables and roller transfers. Because of the area, a significant part of the system was installed on a support structure.

A pallet transport system in which chain conveyors were implemented and chain turntables were used to change the direction of pallets transported by the system.
